  The most disappointing thing of Megan Murray & Jamie Coxx in By Appointment Only (a pro-am release) is that it undersells itself. Without any disrespect to the two performers, their names/images aren’t really going to sell the DVD … and the title is so non-descriptive that it could be just about any porn. What you do have is a unique, well filmed and very personal DVD, running at over 60 mins of real fetish content. Jamie Coxx is a cute and young, transvestite who runs her own site at  Jamie Coxx showing how nasty she can be while retaining a sort of cute innocence.  Megan would seem to be her real-life partner and is a cute and sexy young vixen whose even smaller than Jamie, who looks diminutive herself.   What a kerfuffle!
