Recommended Media Players:

Windows Media Player: We always recommend Windows Media Player which can be downloaded for free from Microsoft.

VLC Media Player: We also recommend the VLC Media Player which takes less memory than Windows Media Player and is also compatible with Macs. The VLC Media Player can be downloaded from: Videolan.

You should also install the latest DivX Codecs in order to view the videos. These are also free to download.

Photo Zip Files:

In order to unpack the zip files of photos, you will need a copy of either WinZip or WinRAR.
Once you have downloaded the photo zip file you can double-click on it to unzip it. If this fails try opening Winzip or WinRAR and dragging the photo zip file into the program.

Broken Downloads:

If you experience a broken download, please delete the partially downloaded file from your computer, clear your browser cache and then try downloading the file again. You will not be charged any tokens for downloading the same file again.
