Grooby Productions is the longest running, and most successful transsexual website company. We started our first site, GroobyGirls (formerly known as Shemale Yum) in 1996 and from there have produced a number of highly successful transsexual websites. You can read our full history here.
Most of our websites operates as a unique entity and we budget for large, quality updates on each site. However, we also have some networked sites such as www.grooby.club that gives access to over a dozen full size websites for a single price. We also have our Asian network at www.asian-tgirls.com and a network of three Brazilian websites at www.brazilian-transsexuals.com.

Yes, if you paid by credit card or PayPal, unless you cancel your membership. You can easily do this by going to our Customer Service Page at Grooby Support
Our videos are in MP4 format and stream to all devices. They should play on your device without extra apps or software. If you are having problems streaming please make sure you only have one tab with streaming video open in your browser, if you are downloading anything in the background that can also cause slow playback. If you are on a mobile data plan please make sure you haven’t used up your monthly allowance. You many also want to try selecting a lower resolution stream if you are on a slow connection.
Each of our websites operates as a unique entity. We do have multiple purchase discounts available to you when you join a site, and special offers available at Transporn.Deals. Go to Grooby Cancellation, Vendo Support, CCBill Support or Epoch Support (depending on which billing company you used) and follow the instructions. Check if your account is inactive – you won’t be recharged if it is inactive.
Cancel your membership anytime and your password will not expire until the month is up.
No. Your monthly membership will also remain the same while you remain a member. If you cancel and the price has changed you will have to rejoin at the higher price. We’ve had members who have been re-billed over 100 times and they’re still getting charged the old price.

No. We have a massive tour area and do not offer trial memberships. We are more than happy to refund you though if you find you have been charged incorrectly or there is another billing issue.
